200gms PEELED TOMATOES OR ONE TIN TOMATOES OR ONE SMALL TIN TOMATO PUREE
ONE LEMON OR TWO LIMES
ONE & HALF LITRES  STOCK OR TWO CHICKEN/ MEAT CUBES
TWO PEELED APPLES
SUGAR
SALT & PEPPER
HERBS

OPTIONAL CHOPPED FRANKFURTERS OR COOKED CHICKEN PIECES

SUGGEST ONE & HALF LITRES OF FLUID IN TOTAL IS OK

SHRED CABBAGE

MINCE  ONION, APPLE AND TINNED TOMS (IF USED) IN BLENDER WITH A LITTLE STOCK

ADD CABBAGE, STOCK, ONION, APPLE & TOMATO TO A PAN AND BOIL,
THEN SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES.STIR OCCASIONALLY

ADD LEMON SUGAR, MEAT HERBS SALT PEPPER AND REHEAT

SERVE HOT
