HOME MILLED JAPONICA RICE WORKS, OK
2ozs SUGAR
2 EGGS
2ozs BUTTER
 
BOIL MILK
SPRINKLE IN CEREAL
STIR OVER HEAT
ADD SUGAR AND BUTTER
MIX WELL
ADD BEATEN EGG YOLKS
BEAT WHITES STIFFLY – ADD
GREASED DISH ( GLASS?)
COOK FOR 1 HOUR AT LOW HEAT
 
REMEMBER MILK PUDDING WITH JAM?
