6 CUPS WATER AND OR HALF MILK
 
COOK THE STICKY RICE WITH WATER?MILK SEPARATELY.
 
BOIL COCONUT MILK WITH SUGAR UNTIL A SYRUP IS MADE

MIX THE TWO
 
PUT INTO A GREASED OVEN PROOF DISH

COOK FOR 25 MINUTES IN HOT OVEN
 
COOL AND SLICE
 
SERVE HOT OR COLD
