HASTY PUDDING
 
SERVES 4 +
 
750mls Milk
65 g Ground Rice
25g Sugar
 
Japonica Rice fine milled in your coffee grinder.
Heat the Milk almost to boiling
Sprinkle in the rice and stir
Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until mix thickens
Add sugar and stir
Serve with Jam or Cream or Honey
 

Half the sugar and no jam for weaning babies (20 weeks onwards)
